Your incredible ceremony will be situated right on the water’s edge with a backdrop of the magnificent Hawkesbury river and its endless untouched nature reserves. Owned by one of the most beautiful families since the 1980’s, Peats Bite feels like a home away from home. They also offer the best food and drink options, which are well known to visitors of Peats Bite who always return again and again.
Peats Bite also has accommodation options right on the waters edge, for you and a limited number of guests to enjoy. There are also some fabulous properties available to hire next door, and just across the water, and house boats can also be arranged and docked right up to the jetty to extend the accommodation options.
Tanya and the team at Peats Bite can look after you and your guests for the entire weekend, offering the venue as a central point for pre and post wedding celebrations, so you can enjoy this little spot of paradise for as long as possible. Alternatively, you can organise a ferry to bring your guests in and out of the venue for those not looking to stay, which creates for another spectacular part of the whole event.
While the boat access and logistics involved in this venue can seem a bit too hard from the surface, the Peats Bite staff do this day in and day out. They know just how to manage it, and it is all part of the service. It is certainly not something to put you off this incredible venue, which is perfect for those looking for a destination spot that isn’t too far from home.
