Tucked away along the Pittwater side of Avalon is the serene Clareville Beach Reserve – a wonderful option for you beach side, barefoot brides. Clareville has stunning open space and the most amazing bayside backdrop for your “I do’s”!
Keep in mind that the foreshore is a popular family spot and can be quite busy in school holidays, but otherwise it’s a great location all year-round. The residents lucky enough to live on Clareville Beach back right onto the reserve. They are very protective of their beautiful spot and council only allows one ceremony per month here. Marquees are also not permitted, but trust us when we say you don’t want one anyway – the views are too spectacular to be boxed in!
Alcohol is permitted with a permit and there are bathrooms located near the carpark, so it qualifies perfectly if you want a seaside drinks station.
We especially love the southern end of the beach, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the carpark. There you’ll find the most magical space overlooking the picturesque Pittwater.
